Our team members go through monthly in-service training to ensure a high level of skill. Our staff includes certified nursing assistants (CNAs), associate aides, aides certified in geriatric nursing, and other qualified personnel. We are licensed, bonded, and insured.

We're affiliated with the Department of Aging and the Department of Veterans Affairs, and we work closely with workers' compensation insurance. Spanish-speaking team members are available.

About Hazel Bailey, Director & Owner of Angelic Care Plus, LLC

Hazel began Angelic Care Plus, LLC in 1997 after lovingly caring for her mother, Doris Bailey, who was sick for some time and bedridden. After doing so, Hazel felt that she had received an angelic call to care for other elderly persons who were sick and bedridden. She felt that she should and could really make a difference in their lives and help ease the stress of families caring for their loved ones.

In 1997, Hazel founded Angelic Care and began giving in-home care to the elderly of Harford County. Since then, the name has been changed to Angelic Care Plus, LLC to reflect a broader range of services. Her business, with the help of her excellent employees, now serves other counties, including Cecil County, Baltimore County, and even Baltimore City.

On October 20, 2011, Hazel upgraded her RSA (Skilled Service Agency) to Skilled Nursing Services. The skilled services provide a number of services such as gastrostomy tube care, colostomy care, intravenous therapy, Foley catheter care, as well as many other services, skilled and nonskilled.

The past 21 years have been a very rewarding experience for Hazel, as she knows that through her business, she has helped the elderly, eased the burdens of families, and touched the hearts of so many. Hazel shares her business success by proclaiming that none of this could have been possible were it not for her calling following her mother's illness, her faith in God, her determination and dedication, and the hard work of herself and her excellent employees.
